International Training On Halal Assurance System 2013

In term of implementing HAS, Halal Management Organization plays a significant role to design, implement, organize, and maintain HAS in halal certified company internally. In order to implement HAS running well, Internal Halal Management (IHM) as part of halal management organization, generally, is responsible to develop, control, monitor, and evaluate implementation of HAS. That is why, the IHM must meet the necessary competency as required by LPPOM MUI. In meeting such competency, certainly, the IHM has to understand about the requirements of Halal Assurance System (HAS 23000), get knowledge and have skills to organize implementation of HAS as well as to solve the problems found.

Based on this need, as LPPOM MUI did previously, this year LPPOM MUI again will facilitate Internal Halal Management Team or expected IHM to be participant of International Training of IHM on Halal Assurance System 2013. For participants of previous training also encouraged to attend this training. Besides, in order to get perspective from halal certified company point of view in implementing HAS, halal auditors from halal certifying bodies are also welcomed to join this training.

6. Halal document requirements on materials, process, facilities, and product

7. Technique and tips in implementation of HAS to meet minimum score
